Yes we employ technicians across the country. Many of our employees are highly skilled technicians who have completed post secondary education/training and they are also trained on compliance for our GMP customers.
Our standard warranty on non contract service repairs is 30 days. Parts replaced will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
ISO/IEC 17025 is the international standard for testing and calibration laboratories. While ISO 9001 standard is a set of requirements for quality management systems, ISO/IEC 17025 is more specific in requirements for technical competence and applies directly to those organizations that produce testing and calibration results.

Raeyco is both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited. Both certification and accreditation are available on our website.

While Raeyco’s other calibration service and methods are in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, ISO 17025 Calibration service will provide the extra assurance of our competent operations and valid results generation that are acceptable for your auditors. ISO 17025 Calibration Certificate comes with uncertainty values, ISO 17025 mark from the accreditation body, and a second assurance from QA review.
Typical turnaround times for pipettes can vary on how busy the lab is but 2-5 days would be the average turnaround. We also perform on-site calibrations for immediate turnaround.
