Arctic BMT Venticell Forced Air Oven

The Arctic BMT Venticell provides the following;

 

  • Precise uniformity is achieved via the patented   forced air system moving air vertically & both directions horizontally.

  • The system surrounds media in a uniform manner unlike most systems that move air from one or two directions

  • Air is exchanged in the chamber an industry leading 48x per hour

  • Temperature range is 10°C above ambient to 250°C.

  • High temperature to 300°C is an available option

  • 304 AISI Stainless steel chamber

  • Unique double wall chamber

  • Main chamber is seamless with rounded corners and the inner chamber is removable without tools for cleaning and sterilization

  • 4 point locking door, with hands free opening and closing

  • 5 layers of insulation, including 2” of rockwool

  • Shelf brackets are molded  into the inner chamber side walls

 

 

Sterilization a requirement?

  • When a user is required to validate the sterilization cycle the Stericell is the preferred high temperature dry-heat oven solution.

  • Sterilization is available with three pre-set cycles

  • 160°C, 170°C, 180°C validated sterilization cycles

  • The Comfort controller will not validate if the cycle is interrupted

  • Combine the Stericell with BMT Warmcomm software or a protocol printer to record the cycle including date and time stamp.

  • The patented forced air movement system that moves air both vertically & horizontally precise uniformity is achieved. 

  • Particle free modification, prevents contamination

  • Unique double wall chamber design includes: Main seamless with rounded corner and the inner chamber is removable without tools for cleaning and sterilization

  • 4 point locking door, hands free opening and closing

  • 5 layers of insulation, including 2” of rockwool

  • Shelf brackets are molded  into the inner chamber side walls

** The heat is transferred to the goods on the shelves through convection, thus the noted temperature deviations are valid for the
shelf surface temperature. A perfect heat-conducting contact between the temperature sensors and the shelf surface must be
obtained. Goods on the shelves must also be in perfect contact with the shelves. The temperature of the goods will depend upon
their physical properties and their contact with the shelf surface.
