Laboratory ovens are used to sterilize biohazard waste, dissecting instruments or media/reagents for aseptic assays. They are also used for drying, heating, testing environmental stresses, such as changes in temperature, light and humidity. With a variety of chamber volumes, working temperatures, and air flow options, BMT manufactures pharmaceutical grade quality instruments for all applications.

  • Vacuum Drying Ovens

    Temperature sensitive, easy decomposable or oxidative materials can be gently dried in VACUCELL® vacuum drying ovens, due to the opportunity of air extrusion by inert gas. Complicated components with hard to access hollow spaces dry quickly and effectively in VACUCELL® ovens. Ideal for drying samples to constant weight.

  • Natural Gravity Convection Ovens with Chemical Solvent Resistant Chamber

    Ovens from the DUROCELL® series include a highly resistant EPOLON® coating, protecting the internal chamber from aggressive substances. This device ensures an optimal goods temperature equalization. Ideal for acidic and alkaline hydrolysis, extraction of non-flammable substances and heat decomposition.

    • Temperature range: from 5°C above the ambient temperature up to 125°C
    • Internal chamber: stainless steel DIN 1.4301 (AISI 304)
    • Highly resistant EPOLON coating protects the inner stainless steel surfaces from aggressive agents, such as acids and liquors.

  • Dry Heat, Natural Gravity Convection Ovens

    Cost-effective, with a wide temperature range, & exact and reliable simple heating/drying processes, the ECOCELL® line is characterized by noiseless operation & slow air flow. With working temperature from 5 °C above ambient up to 250/300°C and precise temp control, these ovens are ideal for many applications.

    Benefits

    • Sturdy design and perfect corrosion prevention are ensured by a self-supporting outer jacket made of galvanized steel sheet with hard and resistant baking varnish on the outer side.
    • The inner double-jacket chamber and the door panel are made of high-quality stainless steel (DIN 1.4301, AISI 304).
    • For the purpose of energy saving and minimizing the heat radiated to the ambient air the chamber is perfectly insulated with an ecological insulating material.

  • Mechanical Forced-Air Convection Ovens

    Due to a patented ventilation system, the air within the VENTICELL® chamber is ventilated in a regular spiral way. This leads to a homogenous temperature profile throughout the chamber and short heating times. Operating economy is ensured by higher rate and precision of heating. Especially suitable for very moist goods.

  • Sterilization Ovens

    The STERICELL® hot air sterilizer is intended for use in healthcare for the hot air/dry heat sterilization process of non-packaged and packaged medical devices, including invasive devices, designed by their manufacturers for hot air/dry heat sterilization.

    Benefits

    • Features quiet operation with a fine patent-protected forced airflow system in the chamber using a built-in fan that eliminates "cold air“ pockets.
    • Bulk and sediment-creating substances can be processed in closed containers.
